Ballerina Shoes

This is the most unique footwear charm I've seen yet.  They are Etruscan ballet or toe shoes.  The gold work is very detailed, with a pearl (don't know if real) in each toe, and a cut stone (garnet?) on the top.

Marked 14K.  Overall charm is 22.8mm (0.90 in.) long, excluding the bail.  Each slipper is about 0.8in heel-to-toe.  Weight is a hefty 4.3 grams.
